Privacy notice

This notice explains what TV Sri Lanka, operating under Triple Seven Global (Pvt) Ltd, does with personal details submitted through tvsrilanka.lk. Last updated 13 August 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, the service you are interested in, and your message. Nothing else is collected. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies on this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to quote for the work you asked about. We do not use it for anything else, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Where it goes

Enquiries reach us either as a WhatsApp message you send yourself, or by email to our business inbox through a form delivery service. Nothing is stored in a database on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless you become a client and we need it for our records.

The Google map

The map on our contact section does not load until you tap "Load map". Until you do, Google receives nothing about your visit. Once loaded, Google's own privacy terms apply to that embed.

Your choices

Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on it within 30 days.
